Writing About the Human Side of Leadership — Strategy, Structure, Feedback, and the Work That Actually Holds
The Human Side of Leadership
I have spent my career working on the parts of leadership that don’t show up in org charts — the feedback conversations, the systems that either hold or don’t, the mentoring relationships that change what someone believes is possible for them. I’ve done that work in government, in executive coaching, in the non-profit sector, and one-on-one with leaders who are trying to build something real.
This site is where I write about what I’ve learned. Not frameworks or buzzwords — just the honest account of what works in organizations and careers, including the parts that are harder to talk about.
